Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist (PT) in implementing treatment plans for patients.

• Provide therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued care.

• Document patient progress and report to the supervising PT.

• Ensure patient safety and follow best practices in home care settings.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Maryland

• Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in home care.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
