Employers are billed a placement fee—typically 30% of the candidate’s first-year salary for direct hires. For contractors or short-term hires, we offer hourly or monthly billing based on engagement.

Yes, you can start with a single service (like resume revamp) and upgrade later to add coaching, recruiter outreach, or full support. We’ll credit your original purchase toward the next tier.

No problem. We allow you to pause for up to 3 months if something comes up and you need to pause your job search. Just let us know, and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.
